Included are copies of narratives by Charles Mann, "Colorado Adventure," undated; by George Clark, "In An Open Sailboat," 1893; by George Flannel, "Ships Journal - Cruise of the Examiner in the Gulf of California, from Yuma, Arizona to Guaymas, Mexico," 1894; by Barry Goldwater, a diary/log of a trip on the Colorado, 1970; and an unidentified log, dated 1960. Correspondence is mostly with the Arizona Historical Society and includes transcribed newspaper articles about mining, the Grand Canyon, and the Colorado River.
